Born and raised in London, Gilly spent her formative years pursuing her first love and passion, music. She was initiated into Advertising in the 80's in London, before moving to LA where she started working as a creative recruiter and has never looked back. Today, as the Founder of Gilly & Co, she works exclusively with creatives. She is happily married with two daughters, loves to cook, and many know her as an avid soccer fan.

Originally from Wisconsin, Christine spent years in advertising working as a business affairs manager at TBWA Chiat/Day, before switching careers to work in recruitment. She joined forces with Gilly & Co after a few years recruiting on her own. Her niche has grown over the years placing business affairs talent, although she also works with account management executives, strategic planners, project managers and producers. When she’s not discussing her latest recipes with Gilly, she’s spending time with her son, and long-time partner.

Bailey is the newest addition to Gilly & Co. Born and raised in Hollywood she naturally took a job in production right after high school and found success producing photo shoots and short films for a number of celebrity and fine art photographers. After 7 years of working in production she joined Gilly and the team as a recruiter, and researcher. When she is not on LinkedIn, she’s on Petfinder.com looking for more poodles to bring home.
